Bach, Menuetto & Polacca. Excerpt starts at measure 51. A slight ritard has been added in measure 52:

Debussy, Sarabande, rehearsal letter "A". The blue-circled note in the 4th flute part is an excellent cue for knowing when to resume after the fermata:

Ravel, Pavane. Excerpt begins at measure 7. At the a tempo, the triplet grace notes begin on the beat, and these three grace notes comprise an extra half-beat added to the beginning of the measure, creating a sense of "double-syncopation". In other words, this measure contains four and one-half beats. This nuance is not evident in the published sheet music.

Ravel, Pavane, rehearsal letter "C". (Similar to previous tip) At measure C, the triplet grace notes begin on the beat, and these three grace notes comprise an extra half-beat added to the beginning of the measure, creating a sense of "double-syncopation". In other words, this measure contains four and one-half beats. This nuance is not evident in the published sheet music.
